How to add Kraken Lock Screen widgets

Touch and hold the Lock Screen
Wake your iPhone but don't unlock it. Touch and hold anywhere on the Lock Screen until the buttons appear at the bottom.

Tap Customize
Tap Customize, then choose the Lock Screen (not the Home Screen) to edit the widgets that live with your clock.

Tap the widget area
Tap the empty box below the clock — or the area above it for an inline widget — to open the widget picker.

Add Widgets for Kraken
Scroll to Widgets for Kraken in the list and tap it. You'll see the inline, circular and rectangular options.

Pick a coin or your portfolio
Add the widget, then tap it to choose what it shows — a coin's price, its % change, or your total Kraken portfolio value.

Save and done
Tap Done. Your Lock Screen crypto price now sits with the clock and refreshes on its own from your read-only connection.

How Live Activities and the Dynamic Island work

A crypto Live Activity is for when you want to watch a move closely without staring at the app. Start tracking a coin in Widgets for Kraken and a live card pins to the top of your Lock Screen, updating as the price moves so you can glance without unlocking. On iPhone 14 Pro and later, the same Live Activity appears in the Dynamic Island — touch and hold the pill to expand it, or glance at the compact view while you do other things.
